The Montagu Heritage Association (MHA) hosted a very successful information session at the Montagu Hotel on 6 November 2024.
Attended by more than 50 people, Chairperson Irma Jordaan, opened the proceedings, and Heritage Practitioner and Landscape Architect, Liana Jansen, pictured, shared insights on preserving buildings and maintaining rural character. Architect, Henry van Niewenhuizen, discussed renovation guidelines for heritage houses. Town Planner, Tracey Brunnings and Building Inspector, Jonathan Dos Santos from the Langeberg Municipality explained plan submission criteria.
